Tile Grip Kya Hota Hai?

Jab bhi tile lagayi jaati hai, sabse bada dar yahi hota hai ki kahin future me tile hollow (khokhli) na ho jaye ya pop-up na kare. Yahi wo jagah hai jahan tile grip ya tile bonder kaam aata hai.

Tile Grip ek polymer-based additive hota hai jise cement ya cement-sand mixture ke saath pre-mix kiya jaata hai. Isse traditional cement slurry method upgrade ho jaata hai same purani technique, lekin bond strength, water retention aur adhesion kaafi zyada.

Simple bhasha me: Tile Grip = normal cement fixing + polymer power

Tile Bonder Ki Zaroorat Kyu Padti Hai?

Sirf cement aur sand se tile lagane me kuch common problems aati hain:

• Tile ke neeche hollow sound aana
• Time ke saath adhesion weak ho jaana, especially vitrified ya large format tiles me
• Vibration wali jagah (roads, terrace, high-traffic areas) me tile crack ya debond
• Vertical aur overhead tiling me slump ho jaana

Tile grip additive in sabhi issues ko polymer modification se solve karta hai — cement matrix ko flexible aur strong dono banata hai.

Ignite Tile Grip+ — Extero Grip TX6 Technology

Ignite Tile Grip+ ek high-performance, white cement based tile adhesive additive hai jo Extero Grip TX6 Technology (IndoGerman Technology) par based hai. Ye grey aur white dono cement ke saath compatible hai.

Key Features

• Excellent adhesion & long-lasting bond strength — hollow sound ki tension khatam
• High flexibility — vibration-prone aur exterior areas ke liye ideal, tile crack hone ka risk kam
• Non-slump formula — vertical aur overhead tiling me bhi tile slip nahi karti
• Water & weather resistant — wet areas aur outdoor exposure dono handle karta hai
• Self-curing property — extra curing agent ki zaroorat nahi
• High water retention — mix jaldi sukhta nahi, adjustability time better milta hai
• Reduced cement slurry consumption — economical solution, wastage kam

Suitable Tile Types

Ceramic, vitrified, natural stone, mosaic aur large format tiles — sab ke liye trusted choice, chahe interior ho ya exterior.

IS 15477:2019 Standard Kyu Important Hai

Ignite Tile Grip+ IS 15477:2019 Type 1 ko conform karta hai ye Bureau of Indian Standards ka wo specification hai jo polymer additive-based tile adhesives (jo cement/cement-sand ke saath pre-mix hokar traditional slurry method me use hote hain) ke liye tests aur properties define karta hai.

Matlab jab aap Ignite Tile Grip+ use karte hain, to aap ek BIS-standard verified polymer solution ka use kar rahe hain, na ki koi random local mix.

Application Areas

• Floors aur walls, dono
• Internal aur external surfaces
• Dry aur wet areas
• Domestic aur commercial projects dono me suitable

Surface Preparation Best Results Ke Liye

1. Substrate cured, undamaged, compact, rigid aur dry hona chahiye
2. Debonding agents ya damp surface pe kabhi apply na karein
3. New concrete slab ho to 28 din ka damp-curing zaroori hai
4. Expansion joints properly provide aur fill karein
5. Leveling bed water : cement : sand = 0.4 : 1 : 6 ratio me prepare karein (requirement ke hisaab se adjust karein)

Mixing Instructions

• 300g Tile Grip+ ko 1 bag (50kg) cement ke saath mix karein
• Is pre-mix ko sand ke saath 1:6 ratio me milayein (ya industry standard ke hisaab se)
• Desired consistency ke liye water adjust karein

Coverage: Ek 300g pouch, 50kg cement bag ke saath mix hota hai coverage leveling bed thickness aur mix proportion ke hisaab se vary karta hai.

Packing: 300g pouch Shelf Life: Sealed pack me 12 months cover karke, sunlight se door, damp-proof condition me store karein.
